A member of the Board of Directors, Walid Majdalani represents Investcorp, a shareholder of Automak. Walid has nineteen years of principal investing, corporate finance and technology services experience.

He has served Investcorp since 2007 and was the Investment Director at ABN AMRO Global Infrastructure Fund, a GBP1.1 billion London-based third-party fund. He also served as the Europe Territory Manager at Oracle Abu Dhabi.
