  • Maintains interactions with existing customers and develops new prospects with potential customers
  • Visits existing and potential customers to enhance relationship and secure new brands
  • Attends customer calls and responds to customer queries and requirements for vehicle purchases; performs necessary actions to retain customers and to resolve customer complaints
  • Handles customers to meet their expectations and performs satisfaction survey and submits the report to Manager
  • Updates customers about the advantages and benefits in dealing with the company and the services provided for current and future opportunities
  • Ensures that vehicles are delivered to customers as per company standard and procedures
  • Gathers all necessary information and prepares detailed market research including pricing structure, competitor survey and current customer trend
  • Ensure that the vehicle ownership transfers, cancellations of insurance policies and related legal issues of sold vehicles are done in due time as per the company policy
  • Ensure all vehicle sales invoices are issued as per company standards and procedures
  • Perform necessary documentation and record keeping for all manufacturer and legal documents related to vehicle sales filed properly and in easily retrievable way
  • Maintains and updates all necessary information related to vehicle sales in Carpro system timely without delay.
  • Prepares and submits all periodic Sales reports to department Manager
  • Monitor and keep record of Sales executives’ work schedules and time cards
  • Monitor reports, records and sales documents of the Sales Executives
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned
