  • Provides customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer queries and requirements for vehicle purchase
  • Maintains interactions with the existing customers and develops new prospects with potential customers in each sector
  • Communicates to existing and potential customers to stimulate interest in establishing and expanding pre-owned car sale offers
  • Communicates effectively with customers about the advantages, benefits, specifications of wholesale vehicles
  • Attends customer calls and responds to their queries through phone, and performs necessary arrangements to reserve vehicle sale order by confirming the payment
  • Provides necessary demonstration on vehicle features, characteristics, specifications and performs test drive with wholesale customers as necessary
  • Prepares and submits wholesale quotations to customers based on the approved pricing rates from Wholesale Manager
  • Negotiates with customers on pricing which suits the best interest of the company and closes the sales order by confirming the payment receipt
  • Confirms the payment terms and conditions and obtain necessary documentations for re-registration and cancellation of insurance policy of vehicles
  • Generates vehicle Sale invoices from ERP system and submits to customers to secure the payments and confirm the payment receipt with cashier
  • Performs all necessary documentation for ownership transfer during sale of vehicles from the company to buyers upon receiving proper authorizations supported by sale invoice, cash invoice or valid purchase order from the company
  • Prepares delivery note upon sale and obtains customer signature before delivering vehicle
  • Ensures cleanliness of vehicles before sale
  • Ensures that all necessary Customer documents and available for Traffic registration process and follows up with Admin support team for the legal procedures of re-registration of pre-owned vehicles and cancellation of comprehensive insurance policies
  • Ensures that sufficient stock of wholesale vehicles are available to meet the forecasted customer demand in each vehicle category and segments
  • Monitors and makes sure that all wholesale vehicles parked in yard are at the optimum standards to attract the best interest of wholesale customers
  • Coordinates with Service Department for the timely preventive maintenance and ensures the same is done as per schedule
  • Liaises with Admin Support for the timely renewal of Insurance and communicates with other departments to ensure that all sales process reach the sales standard of the company
  • Gathers all necessary information and prepares detailed market research including pricing structure, competitor survey and current trends
  • Submits daily report to Sales Supervisor/Sales Manager
  • Supports the Sales manager in report preparation and sales campaign activities
  • Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned
