Training Session for Employee Appraisal Plan...

The training will be based on the recommendations received from the concerned dept. heads based on the ongoing Appraisal process. During appraisal process, weak areas of employees will be revealed and appropriate training courses will be suggested by the respective dept. head.
Appraisal forms are issued on 1st February to all heads. The completed forms will be submitted to HR by the end of February with recommendations from dept. heads. This will be reviewed by HR and a training plan for the required staff will be submitted to management by First week of April 2009.
