The third module titled, “Problem Solving & Decision Making” referencing the Leadership Evolution Program was conducted by Mentis for Automak Employees on Saturday February 13th 2010 & Sunday February 14th 2010.

The key subjects covered in the module were as follows –

a) Problem solving
    i) Common Approaches
    ii) Brainstorming
    iii) SWAT or PEST Analysis
    iv) Thinking Hats
    v) Fish Bone Analysis

b) Decision making 
    i) Common Techniques
    ii) Biases
    iii) Cost Benefit Analysis
    iv) Group Think – How to avoid it

The session was held In-House on Automak premises starting from 8:30AM until 4PM and is in continuance to a series of modules designed for the program.
