Mr. Mahmoud is a degree holder in Commerce (Accountancy) with a rich experience of 11 years in Treasury And Finance Control. He also holds professional certification in Investment Management from The American University, Cairo with his immediate past assignment being with KFIC (Kuwait Finance And Investment Company) as Executive Manager Treasury-Corporate Communication and Finance.
Mr. Mahmoud would be responsible for the development and direct Implementation of Strategic Financial Plans, Projects, Programs and Systems. He will liaise with division and dept mgrs within Automak to ensure Budgets are prepared and Budgetary Control is maintained. He will also provide training to the staff within Automak in Financial Regulations and Procedures and initiate and present Credit Control reports, Special Analyses and Statistics as requested by Top Management.
