We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Abdul Rahim Chaaban as the new Assistant Service Manager – Ahmadi Service Center.
Mr. Abdul Rahim holds a Diploma in English Dictation & Conversation with 35 years of experience in the field of Sales & Operations. His immediate past assignment was with Alghanim Industries as a Rental Group Operation Manager.
Mr. Abdul Rahim will be responsible to ensure smooth vehicle maintenance workflow methods in mechanical workshops and body shop through workshop capacity planning, improving staff efficiency and productivity, maintaining safety and healthy work environment, developing staff competencies and setting maintenance programs to improve customer satisfaction and reduce cost.
As Assistant Service Manager he shall ensure that the fleet operation activities are carried out smoothly and uninterruptedly covering the entire night by ensuring timely customer assistance, timely delivery and receipts of vehicles, right replacement vehicles and by taking wise decisions to resolve customer complaints effectively.
