Intertek conducts 2nd Surveillance - ISO External Audit…

The 2nd Surveillance - ISO External Audit was conducted on 13th & 14th Sept 09 by Mr. Mohammed Hashik, Manager, Systems Certification – Intertek; wherein specific Process / Functions of the QMS (Quality Management System) were audited to ensure continual compliance & conformity to the ISO Standards.
The Process / Functions audited are under the Scope of certification for Automak which is ‘Provision of rental services and service operations of automotive for government and private sector’ and are as follows:
a) QA / MR Functions
b) Fleet Management & CRM
c) Purchase & Stores
d) Service Operations – Shuwaikh
e) Service Operations – Ahmadi
f) HR & Administration
A Closing Meeting was held at the end of the External Audit highlighting the Findings & Observations found during the same; and which was attended by all the relevant Heads of each respective Department that was audited.
