ISO 9001:2008 Re-certification External Audit conducted for Automak…

In order to maintain the continuity of the ISO 9001:2008 certification for Automak, Re-certification Audit was conducted by Intertek on 22nd and 23rd March 2011 by Mr. Mohammed Hashik, Consultant and Mr. K. Sayeenathan, Systems Certification Manager (Abu Dhabi) for Intertek.
 
The Processes / Functions audited are under the Scope of Certification for Automak are as follows:
a) Document Review / MR Functions
b) Shuwaikh Garage Operations
c) Ahmadi Garage Operations
d) Stores
e) Spot Rental Sales & Leasing Process
f) HR & Training

A Closing Meeting was held at the end of the External Audit highlighting the Findings & Observations found during the same; and which was attended by Automak Top Management and all the relevant Heads of each respective Department that was audited.

This external Audit marked the Re-certification of ISO 9001:2008 for Automak for another 3 years by Swedish Accreditation Body – SWEDAC.
