The fourth module titled, “Influencing, Communication & Negotiation” referencing the Leadership Evolution Program was conducted by Mentis for Automak Employees on Sunday March 14th 2010 & Monday March 15th 2010.
The key subjects covered in the module were as follows –
a) How to manage meetings
b) How to make professional presentations
c) How to create emails
The session was held In-House on Automak premises starting from 8:30AM until 4PM and is in continuance to a series of modules designed for the program.
The participants, along with Automak Management & Mentis Trainers got together for dinner at AL NOUKHAZA Restaurant Compound at Shaab Park on March 14th 2010.
