Automak set up Centralized Call Center for Shuwaikh, Al Rai and Ahmadi operations wherein our new IP telephony network has been linkedto all the branches together, which enables to achieve & maintain the maximum level of customer satisfaction by effective management of Call Center.In future, Automak is planning to link all the branches worldwide such as Automak Jordan and Automak Qatar.
