Basics of Sales & Customer Service’ seminar conducted by GMF Consulating for Automak Employees…

During the first three days of November 2010, GMF Consulting, Inc. conducted three seminars for Automak Automotive. The seminars included the basics of sales and customer service, how to understand and communicate with your customer in order to provide quality products and exceptional service.
Attendees were all Automak Front Line Employees who have direct contact with customers. The seminars were a success based on comments such as the following from attendees:
