Balanced Business Scorecards to be applied in 2010…

Automak recently adopted the Balanced Business Scorecard Plan which is a tool that helps translate Automak’s strategy into meaningful activities.

The Balanced Business Scorecard primarily consists of four main characteristics which are namely –

a. Splitting the Goals of the Company into four Sections.

b. Weighing each of the Sections.

c. Ensuring that each Section includes strategic and tactical objectives that can be achieved.

d. Outlining key actions in each Section, and identifying leading and supporting roles for all subordinates in each department.

This tool is mainly being implemented to help streamline the Company’s overall Strategy into goals and objectives that can be met in the day to day running of the Business, thus ensuring no ambiguity what so ever in the tasks that are to be accomplished by each and every person in the Company.
