Mr. Omar Al-Omar is responsible for developing the overall strategy and directions for the Commercial Sector activities related to local and international rentals as well the used car business. He is responsible for maximizing company’s profits by increasing leasing, rental and used cars sales, maintaining excellent customer relationship through management of customer contracts and by increasing productivity of staff through the effective utilization of company systems & resources. He is also responsible for hiring, terminating, evaluating and training all staff within his department.
Mr. Omar Al-Omar oversees and manages a local rental fleet of over 4000 vehicles and a staff of over 600 employees out of 3 major business units; Local and International Sales Unit; Operations and Service Unit; Used Cars Unit.
Mr. Omar Al-Omar has demonstrated through his professional and personal abilities the qualifications, experience and credentials required to be a leader and a true innovator in the Company and we commend him for his dedication, hard work and continued loyalty to the company.
Mr. Omar Al-Omar started out as a “Business Development Coordinator” in 2004 and has steadily grown to now being the GM – Commercial Sector in 2010. This progressive and steady growth has been awarded to him based only on his merits, capabilities, potential, and competence which he has proved time and time again during the variety of tasks and projects that were assigned to him. He has always demonstrated to be able to handle any task that has been thrown at him with a positive & optimistic attitude and a passion of a true Leader.
