Automak Launches New State-of-the-Art Portal Site…

Automak has launched its new state-of-the-art portal website offering its customers the chance to take advantage of online rentals, leasing, reservations, used cars available for sale and requests for vehicle service. The main aim of the portal is to maintain our customers in direct contact with us and to provide them with our full range of services within their finger tips at any location and time.

Our rental section includes fast and easy-to-use online rental reservation to 12 countries in the MENA region, and it will be growing to include more MENA and European countries in 2011. Our leasing customers will also be provided with secured user login and password to view their current rental contracts, vehicles due for regular service, vehicles due to registration renewals, status of their vehicles under service and to communicate with our leasing departments by logging online requests for additional rentals, reductions, requests for quotations and replacements of vehicles. Our Used Cars section lists our latest used cars available for sale at our Safqa showroom and their retail price.

Automak has partnered with Al-Ahli Bank to provide online payments for all rental reservations through K-Net. In addition, we have also partnered with Thawte.com, a leading provider of Internet protection services such as digital certification, to secure every transaction processed and to secure our customers connection to our portal. Once the customer becomes a registered member, a password is required to access his profile and his requests; the information is totally secured and private and it will not be provided to any external party.
