The “Balanced Scorecard” Training was conducted on Tuesday March 23rd 2010 by Mentis Consulting Company, for Automak Management & Key Members at the Failaka Meeting Room, Radisson Blu Hotel from 8:30AM - 4:30PM.

The Balanced Scorecard was introduced in 1992, by Robert Kaplan and David Norton and is the most commonly used framework for ensuring that agencies execute their strategies. In today’s world 70% of the Fortune 1,000 companies utilize the Balanced Scorecard to help manage performance.
