Since incepted in 2002, Automak’s internal focus was to develop a unique IT format and environment that ensures the ultimate smoothness in conducting business. Now, the Company controls a complete automated centralized system that embodies futuristic features of executing paperless jobs that save the time and efforts as well as money for more efficiency and productivity 

A new ERP solution was implemented in July 2009 which ensured full integration with our Rental Management System and Fleet Management System together with ACCPAC CRM and ACCPAC Inventory. The implementation of ERP included modules such as Case Module, Accounting, Fixed Assets, Car Loans, Bank Guarantees, Cash Flow Management, Personnel, Payroll, Employee Evaluation to name a few.

In order to increase our customer and staff safety, and for better control measures, the Company adopted the new GPS Tracking System that facilitates instant and on-spot monitoring and tracking for all the Company’s vehicles through this satellite-connection system. It detects each vehicle’s stating its position, location, and speed around the clock.
