Achievements

1. Sealing two mega contracts in 2003 with Kuwait Oil Company to operate a fleet of 2000 vehicles, which led to new operating contracts until 2010. In purpose to serve these contracts with quality service, an office in East Ahmadi was established.

• Automak’s efficiency and record of business led the Company to achieve grade (A) Qualification from the Central Tenders Committee. This excellence positioned the Company as a leading player entitled for major tenders for all the ministerial, petroleum, and other governmental entities.
• Automak was assigned as a sole dealer in Kuwait for (Freightliner) trucks manufactured by the American Daimler Chrysler.
• In 2005 Automak was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 QMS (Quality Management System) Certification by KPMG for all its operations and customer service. The certificate was renewed / recertified by Intertek in 2008 for another 3 years until 2011.
• Safqa Showroom for certified used cars was officially opened in 2005 to provide excellent used cars at affordable prices.
• International Car Reservations Program was established in May 2009 for customers wanting to rent cars from Kuwait before travelling abroad to either Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, UAE, Morocco, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar or Tunisia.
